DENTAL READINESS TASK FORCE (DRTF)

DRTF is a program designed specifically for the purpose of addressing the critical need for dental services for our National Guard and Reserve troops.  DRTF delivers those services anywhere in the United States on short notice and leverages RHA's experience as the nation's leading healthcare organization specializing in mobile dentistry.

Key Strengths of DRTF

  1.  Scale: RHA has a broad network of employed, direct-contracted and affiliated dentists with nationwide deployment capability.  Between our travel-ready full-time staff located across the country and affiliate resources we have swift, nationwide deployment capability

  2. Rapid Response: DTRF is designed to respond quickly when the need arises.  For instance, in cases where it is necessary to activate a National Guard or Reserve unit for deployment overseas,  RHA dental teams can be diverted from current assignments to support of our nation’s armed forces.  RHA mobile teams can complete on deadline all acute care for National Guard and reservists who are activated, hence meeting ODR objectives.

  3. Scope of Services: We have the capability and equipment to provide annual scheduled digital x-rays, exams, restorative procedures, extractions, and data entry in a mobile setting via self-contained mobile dental offices.

  4. Professional Management: RHA is run by business professionals with expertise in Customer Service, IT management, Process Design and Implementation and of course, Dentistry.  Our scale has afforded us the opportunity to invest in equipment, software and personnel that allow us to adhere to best practices.

  5. Capitalization: RHA has AAA-rated credit  with Merrill Lynch Finance and is committed and able to procure additional equipment, supplies and personnel as needed to meet the dental care needs of the National Guard and Reserve Forces.

  6. Flexibility: RHA can conform to special requirements such as documenting treatment in the DENCLASS module.
